Beyond the Therapy Office: Exploring Additional Paths of Healing and Connection

On February 15, 2024, Take Heart was invited to present at Mental Health Awareness of Michiana's (MHAM) event. Take Heart's mission aligns with MHAM's goal to explore alternative modalities that are available to the community that promote connection and healing.

Fun Day with Kids

During Summer 2023 Take Heart partnered with Big Dog Fitness and Connect2BTheChange and held free "Fun in the Park" Events at 4 area parks all over the city.

South Bend's First Friday

During June of 2023, Take Heart held a booth at one of South Bend's First Friday events.
